These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement will control.

Our property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grey Shore Systems LLC or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent.
Custom work: Unless otherwise specified in a written client agreement, Grey Shore Systems LLC retains ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, workflows, automation frameworks, and methodologies developed or used in the course of providing services. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables created specifically for them, as outlined in their service agreement.
Your content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

For ongoing client engagements, termination procedures will be governed by the applicable client agreement. In the absence of a separate agreement, either party may terminate the service relationship with thirty (30) days' written notice.
Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Hampshire. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
